How will the merger effect current programs and services?

What will happen with the Spark the Change brand?

✔️ We’re bringing all our programming under the Project Helping umbrella while keeping the Spark brand alive. All Spark programming will continue as a ‘Spark by Project Helping’ program. We are joining forces to better serve our volunteers, partners, and communities.

Note: Both Project Helping and Spark will maintain their own independent EINs and 501(c)(3) statuses. Spark will operate as a subsidiary of Project Helping.

How will the organization ensure both missions and values remain aligned?
