Letters of Appreciation for Veteran Seniors (March/April 2026)

This opportunity invites RSVP volunteers to write handwritten letters of appreciation for veteran seniors living in our community. These letters are simple but meaningful gestures of gratitude that recognize their service and remind them that their contributions continue to matter.

This opportunity is available until April 28, 2026

Schedule

This opportunity is flexible and can be completed at any time during March/April. Volunteers are also invited to participate in an optional reflection conversation.

Location

Drop-off details at Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center will be emailed to participants at the end of April. Letters will be delivered to the Veteran’s Community Living Center (VCLC) in May for Older Americans Month.
