This opportunity is available until March 30, 2026

Dorcas Circle

Hours of Operation:
Tuesdays & Fridays 10:00am-12:00pm 12:30pm-3:00pm

Current Volunteer Opportunities:

  1. Food Bank Volunteers

The foundation of Dorcas Circle’s impact is their food box program that gives out boxes to Huerfano County families in need. Volunteers on the food bank side pack boxes, sort food, collect information from clients and help people carry their boxes to their vehicles. This essential work happens every week at Dorcas, but you are welcome to help whenever you can.

  1. Thrift Store Volunteers

Help Dorcas Circle keep their systems running by volunteering to help out at their Thrift Store! This involves sorting/hanging/folding clothes, checking people out, helping customers and more! You can be a weekly volunteer, a monthly volunteer or request that I notify you when they need a couple extra hands. Dorcas is 100% volunteer-run and the thrift store volunteers keep operations running.
