Q: Who is Spark?

A: Spark and Project Helping—two mental health-focused nonprofits—have united to do good together. Learn more about the merger here. Our programs serve everyone from youth to aging adults.

Our organization is Spark the Change Colorado and we go by “Spark”.

Q: What is Spark’s Statewide Mental Wellness Program?

A: The Mental Wellness Program (MWP) increases health equity by connecting skilled mental health volunteers with people facing barriers to care. We provide quality, accessible mental health services including free counseling for individuals, couples, and families; support groups; community partner support; workforce development initiatives; and continuing education for mental health professionals.
