Project Helping’s team will book the hotel within our booking guidelines.
- The minimum number of nights required to execute the event.
- If the event is at a hotel, the host will book that hotel as the host hotel.
- If not, the host will stay at a hotel within three miles of the event whenever possible.
- We will choose the least expensive hotel that meets these requirements.
- For safety reasons, we will only book at hotels with a “3 star” rating or higher.
- Each host will be allowed their own private hotel room
- Booking a non-hotel option, when the cost is the same or less, is allowed.
- Examples: Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
